We aim to expand our portfolio by acquiring properties that are aligned with Sabana REIT’s investment strategy and Shari’ah principles. This will enable our Unitholders to enjoy high income distribution.
We will proactively manage and maintain the properties in our portfolio to improve the overall rental yields.
We will employ an appropriate mix of debt and equity in financing acquisitions and use the right instruments such as currency hedges to optimise risk-adjusted returns to Unitholders.
We will prudently undertake development activity when appropriate opportunities arise.
