Mr Tay is the Co-founder, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investor Relations of the Manager. He has more than seven years of experience in investor relations.
Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Tay was the Director, Business Development at TCP. He also worked with Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited as the Manager of the Investor Relations Department from August 2007 to September 2009.
Mr Tay was the Manager of Investor Relations at Aztech Group Ltd from April 2007 to August 2007. Prior to joining Aztech Group Ltd, Mr Tay was a Manager of Magnecomp International Limited where he handled media, investor and analyst relations for the company. He worked closely with the company's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the quarterly reporting of results to the board of directors and the financial market, and produced collateral for investor relations, presentations for analyst briefings and press releases. He also performed market research for mergers and acquisitions and joint venture opportunities, conducted statistical analysis on industry trends and competitors, and business analysis of the company's performance.
Mr Tay began his career working as an operations executive for the People's Action Party at its headquarters from January 2000 to April 2004.
Mr Tay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Management from the University of Western Sydney and a Master of Business Systems degree from Monash University.
Mr Aw is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management of the Manager. He has about 17 years of experience working in the real estate industry.
Prior to joining the Manager, Mr Aw was Head of Asset Management at TCP. This was preceded by his role at the Agency for Science, Technology and Research ("A*STAR"), where he served as Head, Infrastructure Planning and Facilities Management. At A*STAR, Mr Aw was responsible for the development planning of a business park cum high-specification scientific facility known as Fusionopolis Phase 2A.
Mr Aw also served as a Senior Manager for Investment at Cambridge Industrial Trust Management Limited from 2007 to 2009, where he sourced and negotiated industrial real estate sale and leaseback deals.
From 2005 to 2007, Mr Aw was with Jurong Consultants Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of JTC Corporation (formerly known as Jurong Town Corporation), where he was the principal planner in the planning department. The role saw him leading and co-leading consultancy projects out of Singapore, in master planning of industrial parks and related areas.
Mr Aw began his career in 1995 with JTC Corporation, a statutory board that controls the development and marketing of major industrial estates in Singapore. There, he built up his experience in lease management, land and building development and the marketing of industrial facilities. Mr Aw was at JTC Corporation from May 1995 until February 2005 and last held the position of Manager.
Mr Aw graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
Ms Tan is the Chief Financial Officer of the Manager. She works closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the management team to formulate strategic plans for Sabana Shari'ah Compliant REIT. She held a number of positions in accounting and finance prior to joining the Manager.
Ms Tan was previously the Chief Financial Officer for Singapore Medical Group Limited from February 2008 to March 2011, where she was responsible for the Group's finance, tax, treasury, audit, investments and other matters that relate to the Group's listing on SGX-ST. From 2006 to 2008, Ms Tan was Chief Financial Officer for Toll Logistics (Asia) Ltd (formerly known as Sembawang Kimtrans Ltd), Southeast Asia's leading integrated logistics service provider, where she held a similar portfolio.
Ms Tan started her accounting career at JTC Corporation as an Accountant and took on the role as Finance Manager for CapitaLand Commercial Limited from 2001 to 2005.
Ms Tan holds a Master of Business Administration from Nanyang Technological University and a CIMA Diploma in Islamic Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) of Singapore, and member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and Singapore Institute of Accredited Tax Professionals Limited.
