Sabana REIT

Sabana Shari'ah Compliant Industrial Real Estate Investment Trust ("Sabana REIT" or the "Trust") is the first Shari'ah compliant real estate investment trust ("REIT") listed on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited ("SGX-ST") on 26 November 2010. As at 31 March 2013, Sabana REIT is the largest listed Shari'ah compliant REIT in the world in terms of both market capitalisation and total asset size of approximately S$731.3 million and S$1.1 billion respectively.

Sabana REIT owns and invests in income-producing real estate used for industrial purposes, as well as real estate-related assets, in line with Shari'ah investment principles. As at 31 March 2013, Sabana REIT's portfolio comprised 21 quality industrial properties which are strategically located near to expressways and public transportation across Singapore.

Sabana REIT is assigned a BBB- ‘long-term corporate credit rating' with a stable outlook by Standard & Poor's Rating Services.

The Trust is managed by an external manager, Sabana Real Estate Investment Management Pte. Ltd. (the "Manager").
